The Role:
As an experienced Bid Manager/writer, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts by overseeing the entire bid submission process.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting winning tender responses with a focus on value propositions and benefits

  • Managing the bidding process to maximise opportunities while aligning with our strategic goals and values.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies, risk assessment, and compliance.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely submissions and participating in negotiations.

  • Analysing previous bid performance to refine future submissions and increase success rates

About You:
We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong project management skills: Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals and liaising with clients and teams

  • You possess strong strategic thinking skills, enabling you to identify lucrative opportunities and devise winning strategies

  • You are confident in your negotiation skills, securing favourable terms while addressing client needs

  • You have solid industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and relevant regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc). Including exposure to estimation software.

  • Commercial and financial acumen.

  • Experience working on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
